Mr. Stephen (the owner of the company) started his leather life being employed in a workshop which was producing plastic bags in 1994. In 1998 he joined TCFC to get trained in shoe making; and eventually he was employed as leather goods technician at TCFC up to 2003. Again, he was contracted to be the production arm of the TCFC. He took a refreshment training in Nairobi for three weeks at TPCSI in Thika.
